These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CarsInSa website and services operated by CarsInSa (Pty) Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

CarsInSa provides an online marketplace platform that enables users to:

• Browse and search for vehicles for sale
• List vehicles for sale
• Participate in vehicle auctions
• Apply for vehicle financing
• Connect with dealers and private sellers
• Access automotive-related information and services

We act as an intermediary platform and do not own, sell, or warranty any vehicles listed on our platform.

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access our services without permission

For Sellers:

• You must have legal right to sell the vehicle
• All listing information must be accurate and complete
• You are responsible for the condition and legal status of your vehicle
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding vehicle sales

For Buyers:

• You are responsible for inspecting vehicles before purchase
• All transactions are between you and the seller
• You must verify the legal status and condition of any vehicle
• You are responsible for arranging payment and transfer of ownership

CarsInSa is not a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the completion of transactions.

We may charge fees for certain services, including listing fees, transaction fees, and premium features. All fees are clearly disclosed before you incur them.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• We may change our fee structure with notice
• Payment is due immediately upon incurring fees

The CarsInSa platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our platform

By posting content on our platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing legal action.
